The NHA really is a service organization. In June, some of our members donated their time to Cowboy up and support The Foundation for Community and Family Health.

NHA's team had no problem controlling their horses for this performance!

The Foundation's Cancer Detection Program helps provide no cost life saving breast cancer detection, medical services and support to our community. With programs like this and the Relay for Life, hopefully, we will see a cure for cancer in our future.

The Hospitality Committee was formed to
give encouragement and comfort to our members who have surgery, serious illnesses, or lose an immediate family member. We will send cards or flowers to those who are ill.  We will provide food to serve after a memorial service, and help set up and serve the food if the family wants it. All the food is donated and served by members of the committee.

We can always use more people who are willing to provide food or help serve. The committee is here to help NHA members, but they can only do that with everyone's help. If you know anyone who needs our services or would like to be on the committee, please contact Corinne Holder at 738-0590.
